03 Life Transitions
Everything looks different than I expected. A relationship changed. A role ended. A move, a loss, a shift in identity — and now I’m not quite sure who I am in this new season. Part of me knows change is normal, but it still feels disorienting. I want space to sort through what’s ending, what’s beginning, and who I’m becoming in the process.

Most days, I feel like I’m just going through the motions — tired, unmotivated, and disconnected from who I used to be. Things that once felt meaningful now feel distant or flat. It’s hard to explain to anyone else, and even harder to believe it could feel different. I want help finding my way back to myself — or maybe discovering a new version of me that feels steady and real.

I want to feel whole and accepted — but I’m scared of what this might mean for my relationships or the life I’ve built. Some days, I still feel stuck in survival mode. Even when life looks stable on the outside, my body reacts as if something isn’t safe. I shut down, go numb, or feel constantly braced. I’ve learned how to keep functioning, but it’s exhausting. Trust feels complicated — with others and with myself. I want help making sense of what happened and finding a way to feel grounded again.

I’ve chosen to offer self-pay therapy so we can focus on what truly matters in your healing—not what’s approved by insurance. This allows for more privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without diagnoses or session limits. Many clients also prefer the freedom and confidentiality that self-pay provides.
60 minute intake: $190
50 minute session: $170
While I’m a self-pay provider, I partner with Mentaya to help you get reimbursed if you have out-of-network benefits. Mentaya can check your coverage, file claims on your behalf, and simplify the reimbursement process—saving you time and money. Many clients receive 50–80% back, depending on their plan.
