Yes. I am licensed in both Utah (LCMHC) and Montana (LCPC). Because therapy licenses are state-based, you must be physically located in Utah or Montana during your session. As long as you are in one of those states, we can meet virtually.

In your first session, we’ll just chat to get to know each other and figure out what’s been going on for you. You can share what you want to work on, ask any questions you have, and we’ll start thinking about how to move forward together.

First intake session is 60 minutes. Regular weekly/bi-weekly sessions are 45-50 minutes.

I will be opening an office location in Helena, MT, June 2026. In addition, I provide secure virtual therapy for adults throughout Utah and Montana. While sessions are held online, I am licensed to work with residents in both states, allowing you to access therapy from the privacy and comfort of your own space.

Therapy length is determined by your therapeutic goals. Although we cannot give an exact amount of how many sessions you would need, we do recommend that you commit to at least 6 sessions.

An intake session or 60 minutes is $190. Regular sessions or 50 minutes is $170.

It depends on where you're located! I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana and Cigna/Evernorth for Montana-based clients. Utah clients are seen on a self-pay basis, though I partner with Mentaya to help you maximize any out-of-network benefits your plan may offer. Have questions? Feel free to reach out!

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee of $170.

To keep things flexible, either you or I can reschedule once within the same week without penalty. These policies help ensure fair scheduling and allow me to provide consistent care to all clients.
