In your first session, we’ll just chat to get to know each other and figure out what’s been going on for you. You can share what you want to work on, ask any questions you have, and we’ll start thinking about how to move forward together.

First intake session is 60 minutes. Regular weekly/bi-weekly sessions are 45-50 minutes.

We share a space with Kiss N Made Up Esthetics, on the second floor of the building. When you arrive, feel free to come inside and have a seat in the waiting are.

Therapy length is determined by your therapeutic goals. Although we cannot give an exact amount of how many sessions you would need, we do recommend that you commit to at least 6 sessions.

An intake session or 60 minutes is $190. Regular sessions or 50 minutes is $170.

I don’t accept insurance because it allows me to focus fully on your care without the restrictions and paperwork that often come with insurance plans. Many insurance providers limit the number of sessions or require diagnoses that don’t always fit your story. By keeping a set schedule with regular availability, I ensure you can count on consistent appointments without the stress of scheduling uncertainty. This also helps me avoid burnout so I can be fully present and committed to supporting your healing journey.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee of $170.

To keep things flexible, either you or I can reschedule once within the same week without penalty. These policies help ensure fair scheduling and allow me to provide consistent care to all clients.
