03 Life Transitions
Everything looks different than I expected. A relationship changed. A role ended. A move, a loss, a shift in identity — and now I’m not quite sure who I am in this new season. Part of me knows change is normal, but it still feels disorienting. I want space to sort through what’s ending, what’s beginning, and who I’m becoming in the process.

Most days, I feel like I’m just going through the motions — tired, unmotivated, and disconnected from who I used to be. Things that once felt meaningful now feel distant or flat. It’s hard to explain to anyone else, and even harder to believe it could feel different. Some days, I still feel stuck in survival mode. Even when life looks stable on the outside, my body reacts as if something isn’t safe. I shut down, go numb, or feel constantly braced. I offer self-pay therapy so we can focus fully on your healing — not insurance limitations. This allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without required diagnoses or session caps.
60-minute intake: $190
50-minute session: $170
If you have out-of-network benefits, I partner with Mentaya to help simplify reimbursement. They can check your coverage, submit claims, and streamline the process. Many clients receive 50–80% reimbursement, depending on their plan.
I am also in the process of credentialing with select insurance plans in Montana. Updates will be shared as in-network options become available.
